Owner Forms

Below are forms and information for all Unit owners.  Each form can be emailed to 1700parkcondo@gmail.com or printed and delivered to Unit 201:

Selling and Maintaining your Unit:

Unit Sale Checklist – This form gives the seller important information to start the sale process and avoid unneeded delays

New Owner Information – Need completed form to start the closing process

Sample 1700 Closing Invoices – An aid to understand the invoices that will be received that must be paid at time of closing

Direct Debit Enrollment form – For payment of monthly assessment; required prior to closing

Registration of Ownership – Needed prior to closing, then updated as needed

Sample Certificate of Insurance – Needed prior to closing, then updated annually

If you find any common area item that needs attention please report it by using the form below.  We will take care of the issue based on its urgency. This form is for common area items only.  For any issues with your specific unit, please contact your maintenance provider directly.
