General Key Card Information
Keyless Entry System Rules as approved by the Board of Directors of the Association
1. Each unit has been given a card for each 250 sq ft it occupies free of charge. A $10 fee will be charged with your normal monthly assessment for additional cards.
2. Requests for new or replacement cards should be made here. The fee for each card will be $10 each. Requests for cards will be generally be filled as soon as possible but no later than the 1st and 15th of each month.
3. Unit owners are required to inform the Association immediately of any lost cards or terminated employees who had a card so that their card can be deactivated. If a unit owner fails to report such a situation the owner will be responsible for any damage done to the property as a result of this failure.
4. For the safety of all building occupants, doors should never be propped open while the building is locked. Locking mechanisms should not be tampered with in such a way to have a door not lock when the timing mechanism has the door in a locked state. Any violation of the above by a unit owner, employee, contractor, or tenant, shall be subject to the REMEDIES FOR VIOLATION OF RULES (see https://1700parkstreet.net/building-rules/), and fines collected with the regular monthly assessment billing.
