1700 Park Street Building General Information
BUILDING HOURS
- Weekdays open 6:30 am to 6:30 pm
- Saturdays and Sundays locked all day
- Both doors will be locked all day to correspond with major US holidays – New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
- If you need after hours entry and do not have an electronic key card, please call the person you are visiting. Tell them which door you would like to enter.

MAINTENANCE
General building maintenance issues in the common areas should be submitted on a Maintenance Request.
HVAC PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE
Climatemp Service Group is our current HVAC preventative maintenance contractor for 1700 Park Street. This contract includes the following:
- Cooling inspection 1 time per year
- Heating inspection 1 time per year
- Belts to be changed 1 time per year
- Filters to be changed 4 times per year

HVAC OPERATION
HVAC units are not intended to be run in cooling mode in temperatures below 55 degrees unless you have an economizer installed. If you run your unit without an economizer in temperatures below 55 degrees, you risk damaging your compressor. An economizer gives you the benefit of using outside air to cool your space. In the 1700 Park Street building, of the 35 HVAC units, only 23 have economizers installed. Please check with building management for more details.
HVAC ECONOMIZER OPERATION
If your HVAC unit has been equipped with an economizer, your programmable thermostat must be in automatic mode. There must be an automatic two (2) degree spread between the heating and cooling set point. Example: 76 degree cooling, 74 degree heating. With the thermostat set this way, the unit will modulate heating and cooling on demand. The economizer will allow outside air to cool the space if the temperature of the outside air is acceptable.
KEYLESS ENTRY SYSTEM
MAINTENANCE SCHEDULES
Carpet – 3 Winter Area cleanings from Front door to elevator and back door to suite 111. Beginning of December, Mid January, End of February.
Entire building – first week of May
